Jenni- I like the cascade. I had to work not to pull it at the beginning. The socks are going to be the thickness of an athletic sock, but that's okay. I hope I don't run out before I finish. I'm working on the foot of the first, and that ball is dwindling.
I knit a pair (actually just one) out of Cascade and then I couldn't slip my shoe on because the sock was pretty thick. I didn't try wearing the sock with sneakers though. I gave it to a friend who needed a sock to wear over her spranged ankle.
I am a G*R*I*T*S, born and raised on St. Simons Island, Georgia. I've been married to Brad for 7 years. We live OTP in Gwinnett County with our 3 Rat Terriers. I teach school during the day, and knit at night.
